なかゆくいは沖縄の方言で一休み。その名の通りダイブサイトは珊瑚礁とホワイトサンドの砂地で構成されており、癒し系のダイビング。流れもないことが多く、リーフの上には種類多くの魚やアオウミガメを見られることが出来る。砂地では特に冬になると多くのマクロ生物を観察することが出来る。ゆっくり生物観察をしたり、スキルアップの講習等にはおすすめのポイント。
