“Best Dive Okinawa,“ opened in 2017, is an Okinawa dive shop that guarantees service in both Chinese and English. From booking to Fun Dive, communication is conducted entirely in Chinese and English. Main dive sites include the Blue Cave and the waters around Manzamo, such as Drame Hole. We provide small-group ratio to suit different skill levels, allowing everyone from beginners to advanced divers to enjoy the crystal-clear underwater world of Okinawa.
“Best Dive Okinawa“ diving course lasts for two to three days each time. Outside of winter, we will first use a diving pool for training, so that future studen can familiarize themselves with the skills and feel in calm and controlled water. Then we will train in calm waters.
Sesoko Island, located in the East China Sea north of the main island of Okinawa, is a small island about 8 km in circumference. It is connected to the main island of Okinawa by the Sesoko Bridge. There are a number of caves, tunnels, and arches in the water.
The Pink Marlin Buoy in Onna Village, Okinawa, is a top dive site about an hour from Naha Airport. Accessible by boat or beach, it’s famous for the “Blue Cave,” where sunlight creates a stunning blue glow. You can surface inside, though expect many snorkelers.
ごりちょ(ゴリラチョップ)は本部町の崎本部ビーチのこと。冬場北風になってもここのポイントは穏やかである。特に冬場になるとカエルアンコウやニシキフウライウオなどのマクロ生物を求めて多くのダイバーが集まる。施設にはシャワーやトイレがあるが、シャワーは温水が出ない時もある。駐車場は8:30から。施設は9:00から利用可能である。(2023年11月現在)
ドリームホールは万座でのトップの人気を誇るダイビングポイント。ドロップオフの地形になっておりトップは5mでボトムは40mオーバーまであります。リーフのトップに人ひとりが通れる穴があり、そこから縦に25mまでケーブの中を潜降し最後は横に15m程で出口がある。その出口のシルエットがポケモンのピカチュウに見えるのが名物のスポットです。
港からの所要時間は約15分。オーバーヘッドロックは万座毛付近にあるドロップオフのダイビングポイント。ドロップオフの上は5m程の深度で綺麗な珊瑚が広がりアオウミガメもよく見られる。水深30~40m付近ではロウニンアジを観察できることもある。地形、珊瑚、生物の全てを楽しめることが出来るダイビングポイント。

The “Blue Cave” at Cape Maeda, Onna Village, Okinawa, is famous for its mystical blue light, created by sunlight reflecting off the white sandy bottom. With depths of 5–7m, it’s ideal for all levels, offering rich marine life inside and out, and is a top spot for snorkeling and experience diving.
Mogurin in Onna Village, Okinawa, once cruised by Japan’s only sightseeing submarine, offers depths from 5–30m and suits beginners. Home to butterflyfish, clownfish in giant anemones, and resting white tip sharks at the drop-off, it’s a quiet alternative to the crowded Blue Cave.
Yamada Sandy Area, about 5 minutes from Kaneku Port, features a sandy seabed with antlion-like terrain and transplanted corals. A vibrant cluster of finger corals thrives to the south. Once home to the rare tomato clownfish, it vanished after being stolen with its anemone in 1990.
Just 5 minutes by boat from Onna Village’s Maeganeku Port, this coral reef site features sandy flats, gradual drop-offs (5–26m), and artificial coral cultivation. Home to vibrant tropical fish, it’s ideal for all levels—from experience diving to casual fun diving year-round.
Red Beach in Kanatake, Okinawa, is a calm, year-round site sheltered from northerly winds. With shallow sandy-muddy terrain, it’s ideal for beginners and macro divers. While visibility is low, the rich variety of marine life makes it a favorite among critter enthusiasts.
Port Side, located on the northeast side of Minna Island, named after the nearby Minna Port. The topography features a wide sandy bottom with coral patches scattered across the sand. This site is ideal for macro lovers, such as nudibranchs, shrimps, and crabs. The sandy area is also home to garden eels.
Cable, located on the northeast side of Minna Island, named after the giant underwater cable that connects Minna Island to mainland Okinawa. The site features a wide sandy bottom with sloping coral formations toward the island side. Several crevasses cut through the coral reef.
Popeye, located on the east side of Minna Island and is known as one of the most beautiful dive sites around the island. The area is often filled with schools of juvenile fish, creating a vibrant underwater scene. As there can occasionally be moderate currents, this site is recommended for experienced divers.
Located on the east side of Minna Island, named after its proximity to the island’s lighthouse. The visibility here is often exceptional, sometimes reaching up to 40 meters. A wide sandy field near the site is home to garden eels. In the deeper area, the sandy bottom leads to beautiful rock formations.
