This dive site is located on the Miyagi Coast of Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture. Located in front of the Chatan Water Treatment Plant, there is a device that inhales and exhales seawater at a depth of about 13 meters. It looks like a UFO. When the water purification plant is in operation, warm water is produced from this underwater device, which makes the water around the site a little warmer. Boat diving and shore diving are available.
Nudibranchs, clown fish, dorado, butterfly fish, butterflyfish, sparrowhawks, and mantis fish can all be seen here. The water temperature is lower than 24 degrees Celsius from November to March, making this a popular dive site for macro diving.
