Ninho de Guincho
On the northwest of the island, just 10 minutes by boat from Porto Grande, is the bay of Ninho de Guincho (named after the nests of this type of osprey on top of the rock). It is possible to do 4 to 6 routes in the same spot. Offering relaxing dives (5-12m) as well as more demanding ones (15-22m).
Rich in corals and underwater rocks, and it is possible to find several shools of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, frogfish and a nests of loggerhead turtles in the middle of the bay.
