Paglugaban Dive Site in El Nido is located in the Miniloc Area. The highlight of this dive site is the amazing rock formation and boulders with numerous swim-throughs. The site goes down from a shallow corral garden to about 30 meters.
Its a fun underwater play garden for all levels of divers. It has soft corrals, a coral garden and if lucky you might come across some resident turtles.
