Rock Island
Adjacent to Rock Island, there is a coral reef between 3-10 meters depth, dropping to a sandy slope going down to 25 meters of the channel between the well-known surf spots of Rock Island and Stimpy’s. Generally visibility ranges between 10-25 meters year-round.
Fields of cabbage corals; resident reef fish are stingrays, rabbitfish, squirrelfish, butterflyfish and triggerfish. Nudibranchs, cuttlefish, reef octopus also.
