Therma is located in the south of the island of Ikaria, 3km from Agios Kirykos and 11km from the airport. In the bay there is a hot spring. Water depth in the bay 0-3-5 m, outside 6-8-12 m. Visibility 8-10 m. Usually a northerly wind is characteristic, here the coast is not wavy. The bottom is gravelly, sandy.
Trumpetfish, Hare fish, squid, moray, octopuses in early autumn, Coral perch, peacock fish, parrotfish, eel.
