The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox program teaches you how to plan dives and safely dive with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. Compared with air, diving with Nitrox increases no-decompression limits, increases safety and reduces surface interval times. On completion of this program, you will be awarded the Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% SSI Specialty certification. With e-learning, confined water and open water dives, the SSI Scuba Diver program is the perfect foundation for becoming a safe and confident diver. You'll learn everything you need to dive in the open water to a depth of 12 meters with an SSI Professional. In this program, you'll complete almost half of the Open Water Diver course and easily upgrade your certification. Through a combination of practical pool and open water sessions, you'll become well prepared and confident in handling emergency and rescue situations. At the end of the course, you'll receive Diver Stress and Rescue SSI specialty certification.
