The course is divided into 2 parts: - a theoretical part, with reading of your online manual and review of your knowledge - an open water part, with 5 dives where we will apply a number of exercises to deepen your skills.

With e-learning, confined water and open water dives, the SSI Scuba Diver program is the perfect foundation for becoming a safe and confident diver. You'll learn everything you need to dive in the open water to a depth of 12 meters with an SSI Professional. In this program, you'll complete almost half of the Open Water Diver course and easily upgrade your certification. All you need to do is complete the remaining theory and confined water sessions, plus two open water training dives.

The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox program teaches you how to plan dives and safely dive with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. Compared with air, diving with Nitrox increases no-decompression limits, increases safety and reduces surface interval times. The Diver Stress and Rescue SSI specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You'll learn to identify stress, prevent accidents and receive practical techniques for performing rescues and providing emergency care. Through a combination of practical pool and open water sessions, you'll become well prepared and confident in handling emergency and rescue situations. At the end of the course, you'll receive Diver Stress and Rescue SSI specialty certification.
