This program gives you the skills and knowledge needed to safely plan and conduct search and recovery dives. Upon completion of the program, you will receive certification from the SSI SEARCH & RECOVERY Specialty.

The Divemaster program is the first step of an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your fellow divers and become a diving ambassador by taking the Divemaster program. All you need to get started are 40 verified/registered dives and certifications in Deep Diving, Sailing, Night and Limited Visibility or at least 5 verified/logged dives in each area, plus Diver Stress and Rescue. You will be certified as a Dive Guide after successfully completing the Divemaster program. When your interest is to turn your passion into a profession, guiding certified divers, teaching Ecology programs, assisting instructors or even becoming an instructor, your next step is the Divemaster Upgrade with a minimum of 60 logged/verified dives. Upgrade to Divemaster immediately or at any time by studying Science of Diving materials and passing the Digital Final Exam that makes you an SSI Professional. The Assistant Instructor Trainer Seminar (AITS) equips candidates with the knowledge, concepts, and training necessary to organize and conduct the SSI Assistant Instructor training program and be able to act as Certified Assistants during an Instructor Training Course. They learn to assess and guide aspiring diving professionals in a variety of theoretical and practical scenarios in the water.Candidates who complete this program receive the SSI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR TRAINER certification.

The "Deep Diving" courseEnables certified (Open Water) divers to safely explore depths between 18 and 40 meters.Focuses on dive planning, gas management, identification of nitrogen narcosis and safety procedures, with 3 open water dives and specialized certification.

The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox courseIt enables divers to use air mixtures with a higher percentage of oxygen (up to 40%), allowing for longer bottom times, shorter surface intervals, and greater safety.This is a theory-focused specialty, ideal for repetitive or deep dives, with Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

In this specialty program you will gain the advanced skills and knowledge you need to navigate underwater safely and confidently. You will learn how to use a compass and natural navigation techniques, estimate distances, how to leave and return to a certain point, in addition to basic navigation patterns. We will also teach you how to combine navigation techniques to improve your experience. All of this enhances your underwater observation skills, improves dive safety, and helps you get the most out of every dive. Upon completion of the program you will receive the SSI Navigation Specialty certification.

The SSI Perfect Buoyancy courseIt improves underwater control, optimizing air consumption, increasing bottom time and comfort. It teaches advanced positioning techniques, swimming techniques (finning) and breath control, reducing environmental impact.Includes theoretical training and practical dives.
