Diver Stress & Rescue - Protect yourself and your dive buddies Learn to recognize stressful situations and safely perform rescue procedures! The SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Specialty course is the ideal way to learn how to protect yourself and other divers in stressful situations. This comprehensive course gives you the knowledge you need to recognize stress, avoid accidents and apply effective rescue techniques and emergency care. Through a combination of theoretical training and practical exercises in the pool and open water, you will be optimally prepared to deal with emergencies. Upon successful completion, you will receive the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Specialty certification. What to expect: Theory: Learn the basics of identifying and preventing diving stress as well as the principles of diving rescue. Our theory evenings in the store offer space for open questions and in-depth discussions. Practical training: In the swimming pool and during open water dives in Lake Singlis or Lake Edersee, you will practise practical rescue techniques and emergency procedures under realistic conditions.
