This program combines online training, pool/confined water sessions and open water dives to get you comfortable and confident freediving in no time. Once certified, you will be able to freedive with a buddy in open water to a maximum depth of 20 meters and discover a variety of underwater ecosystems around the world.

Sea/open water dives to certify the Performance Freediving level where you will perform the exercises learned in your course. This program represents the highest level of non-professional freediving training offered by SSI and will help you realize your true potential as a freediver.
