3-Day Freediving Course to Become an Advanced Freediver

The Performance Freediver program combines structured academic learning with focused pool and open-water training. You will learn more about administering emergency oxygen and using the defibrillator (AED). With a combination of theory and practical exercise scenarios, this course will give you important tools and confidence to provide emergency assistance. Once certified, you will be able to act as a first aider, administer first aid and CPR, administer oxygen and provide AED support.
