What is the Open Water Diver? The Open Water Diver is the reference Level 1 diving qualification worldwide. Many organizations, such as SSI, offer it, but they all have to respect the same training standards (RSTC and ISO) so that you can dive anywhere in the world and in any diving structure up to 18 meters.
