Start course DPV Diving (technical)

If you want to make the most of your bottom time and have more fun during your dives, go diving with a submersible scooter or DPV. Your legs can only travel a limited distance before you run out of air. But underwater scooters and diver propulsion vehicles (DPVs) put an end to that problem. With scooters and DPVs, you can enjoy easier diving and lower air consumption so you can explore longer and farther wherever you go. In this underwater scooter and DPV course, you'll learn the skills and concepts you need to safely plan and execute dives with scooters or DPVs. You will learn the special precautions needed to use DPVs, how to stay in contact with your buddy and operate your equipment so you can safely enjoy the new diving experiences DPVs offer. Upon completion of this program you will obtain the SSI Scooter / DPV Diving certification and be able to dive up to 30 meters with scooter or DPV

Diving weekend Kreidesee Hemmoor Germany

From Sunday 8 to Wednesday 11 November 2026 we organize a diving weekend at the Kreidesee in Hemmoor (Germany). We stay on site in one or more comfortable cottages, right on the waterfront. This makes it particularly easy to plan several dives throughout the weekend without relocations. The Kreidesee is a former chalk quarry and is among the most famous dive sites in Germany. The water is usually very clear, with visibility often varying between 10 and 40 meters, depending on the season and depth. Underwater, the quarry offers numerous interesting objects and attractions, such as: - sunken boats - vehicles and work equipment - platforms at different depths - a pipeline, forest zones and steep walls The depth goes up to about 60 meters, making the Kreidesee particularly suitable for advanced and technical divers. At the same time, there are also plenty of shallower zones and practice platforms, so divers of all levels can get their money's worth here. Extensive facilities are available on the site, including: - filling station (air, nitrox and trimix) - showers and sanitary facilities - restaurant and terrace - good access to the water In short, the Kreidesee is an excellent location for both recreational and deeper dives, in a quiet and well-organized environment. For more info or further questions, please contact Els or Stijn. Cost for this weekend will be announced later. Price depends on the rental price of the cottages !!! REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE UNTIL JANUARY 31ST !!! If we want to be sure of a place, we have to book the cottages right after that. https://www.kreideseetaucher.de/en-us/
