Swim Teacher Instructor

The SSI Swim Teacher Trainer Course is the highest-level professional certification within the SSI Swim Teacher system. It is designed for experienced swim teachers who are ready to take the next step in their career by becoming trainers of swim teachers. This course focuses on developing advanced teaching, mentoring, and evaluation skills. Participants will learn how to conduct SSI Swim Teacher courses, deliver effective classroom and in-water training, and assess candidates according to SSI standards. In addition, the program emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to mentor and develop future swim teachers. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of instructional systems, course structure, and quality control to ensure consistent and professional training delivery. Upon successful completion, candidates will be certified as SSI Swim Teacher Trainers, qualified to train, evaluate, and certify new swim teachers under the SSI system.
