A few steps away from the diving center is a diving course. Here you can safely and comfortably board the boat at a slipway and a little later dive off the jetties. Underwater, a varied area with the most diverse destinations awaits you.
The DUC Hamburg dive site in the Hohendeicher See features a training platform, sunken objects like a phone booth, and good infrastructure. Ideal for beginners and advanced divers. Visibility up to 6 m, diverse fish life, and an exciting underwater landscape.
A very beautiful and Hamburg’s only diving site. From the DUC entrance (Warwischer Hinterdeich 55), there is a small parkour at depths of 5-13m. Various good entrances around the lake. Please do not park on private property.
The Chalk Lake has an area of 33 hectares and is 60 meters deep. During longer periods of good weather, visibility can rise up to 25 meters, thus creating an optimal dive location.
One of the most beautiful dive sites on Fehmarn. Direct parking place at the waterfront. A WC is also on site. To the water about 50m over a small hill and you are already in the Baltic Sea.
A very nice dive site. Good to dive in winter, as there is no boat traffic then. There are lots of sea hares to admire. diving depth is 1-4 meters
The Friedensteich is open as a lido in the summer. During the outdoor swimming season there is a snack bar, toilets, changing rooms and showers. The water depth is max. approx. 9,5 m. At about 4-5 m there is a thermocline, below it is quite fresh.
Flat, sheltered site, structured ground with occasional large stones, chargeable car park, public toilets approx. 200m away.
In winter best diving conditions. Unfortunately not open to the public. Maximum depth is unfortunately only 4m. In summer much overgrown and by bathers the visibility is clouded.
Staberhuk is a great dive spot in the southeast of Fehmarn. Be careful when getting in and out of the water, there are slippery rocks. Otherwise a very beautiful and versatile dive spot.
