This site features a steep wall drop starting just 30 meters from shore, descending to 60–70 meters. Ideal for various skill levels, it offers both shore and boat dives. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Pescador North (★4.3) One of Cebu’s most colorful dive sites, Pescador North has an exciting cave with a vertical swim through, offering views of the surface and a variety of beautiful coral and fish to see. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Baring (★4.1) Located just off the top of Olango Island the Baring site takes around 30 minutes to reach from Mactan. It offers a large sloping sand flat descending to a deep wall with superb corals. BLUE MARINE WAVE YACHT INC., 6015 Lapu-Lapu Oslob Whale Shark (★4.4) Geographically located in Cebu, Oslob is a fourth-level municipality. It was once a small, quiet coastal town. However, it has become a tourist attraction because of the whale sharks (Butanding in Filipino). Occasionally, whale sharks gather on the Oslob coastline to raise and breed their young. Mares, Janez Kranjc Tongo Sanctuary (★4.2) Tongo Sanctuary is a protected marine area featuring a steep wall dive with depths ranging from 5 to 55 meters and visibility between 15 to 25 meters. The site boasts vibrant hard and soft corals, small caves, and minimal currents, making it suitable for divers of all levels. Elias P. (#2102022) Pescador South (★4.3) The south side of Pescador Island offers calm, safe entry points ideal for both divers and snorkelers. Protected from strong waves, it’s perfect during rough sea conditions. The area allows for east or west drift dives and provides adventure in shallow, manageable depths. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic Chocolate Island Malapascua (★4.2) The island is located between Maya and Malapascua and is basically just a rock coming out of the water. Some trees are covering the stones and birds made the island their home. From the walls of the island it slopes gently to a max. depth of 18m. KAN J. (#1337003) Talima (★4.1) large sandy slope dotted with corals till around 12-17m where the wall starts. There is a memorial for some long gone wooden wrecks at around 12. Nice corals, depth exceeds 40m and currents can be strong on an outbound tide. Aqualung San Vicente (★4.0) An extensive shield reef, 3 -10 m, with corals and soft corals till around 5-7 m, where the wall starts. Nice corals, depth exceeds 40m and currents can be strong on an outbound tide. Mactan Scuba Dive Centre, 6015 Lapu Lapu City Nalusuan Island (★4.1) Located just off the bottom of Olango Island the Nalusuan site takes around 30 minutes to reach from Mactan. It offers a large sflat flat descending to a deep wall with superb corals. Also shallow reefs and walls on the southern end of the marine park. Mares, Predrag Vuckovic White Beach (★4.2) White Beach features a sandy slope that turns into a vibrant wall dive starting around 22 meters deep. It offers excellent visibility, diverse coral formations, caves, and reef structures. Suitable for all experience levels, it’s ideal for scenic and macro dives. Scubapro Tongo (★4.2) Tongo Sanctuary is a protected marine area featuring a steep wall dive with depths ranging from 5 to 55 meters and visibility between 15 to 25 meters. The site boasts vibrant hard and soft corals, small caves, and minimal currents, making it suitable for divers of all levels. Mares, Janez Kranjc Kasai Wall (★4.3) Kasai Wall offer a shallow end with a beautiful scenery of many hundreds of coal species attracting many critters, reef fish and sea turtles. Over the edge of the reef a wall is formed dropping down to about 40m. At the bottom of the wall you can find the entry to the Kasai Cave that stretches about 140m in. Scubapro, Stephen Frink LO-OC (★4.2) Lo-oc is a captivating wall dive site known for its rich marine biodiversity and underwater caverns. Decorated with colorful soft corals, it offers adventurous swim-throughs and varied topography. Suitable for all levels, Lo-oc promises a memorable dive experience. Mares Mangodlong Beach House Reef (★4.2) This house reef is diveable via boat or from shore. The maximum depth is over 45m and there is a sunk fishing boat to explore at 15m deep. This site is suitable for night beach diving as well. The field of view is normal and there is very little current. Mares Marigondon Port (★3.8) Located to either side of Marigondon Port it offers short sandy flats then dropping off to deep sweeping walls. Often very strong currents and down-currents in the area. The constant boat traffic in the area requires good buoyancy control to remain at safe depths in some of the shallower areas. Mares, Janez Kranjc Hadsan (★4.3) The Hadsan is a very easy site to dive, where the dive is mainly done along a nice wall covered with different sponges and corals. it’s an easy dive along a wall covered with vibrant colors of soft corals, as well as many different species of colorful hard corals. FANTASTIC DIVE, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Kontiki House Reef (★4.6) Kontiki House Reef Point is located 30 seconds away from Mactan Fantastic Dive Point and is a point where you can safely receive training in scuba diving, technical diving, and freediving. The distance to the wall is clear so it is very easy to get in and out. . The kitchen rope creates a safety border, making the Peter S. (#417559) Monad Shoal (★4.3) Monad Shoal is considered the best dive site in the world to see the rare and timid Thresher Sharks. These sharks normally live in the deep but regularly come here early in the morning for the cleaning station. Mares, Janez Kranjc Panagsama Beach/Sardine Run (★4.4) Panagsama Beach is a world-famous dive site because of the sardine ball that can be found just a few meters below the surface within snorkeling distance from the beach. This is an amazing experience for all levels of divers. Aqualung Marine Sanctuary (★4.1) Saavedra Marine Sanctuary features a coral-covered slope leading to a dramatic wall drop from 18 to 55 meters. Known for massive gorgonian sea fans and diverse coral species, this protected site offers excellent macro and wide-angle opportunities for divers of all levels. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Tingo (★3.8) giant sand flats leading to deep walls and cleaning stations. The site is exposed and is susceptible to winds and currents, with strong tidal flows often experienced. Mares Santiago Bay (★4.2) It takes 20 minutes by boat to reach this site from Camotes. This is best done as a boat dive. This is a beautiful dive as the wall shape is very unusually terraced. A perfect site from beginner divers to advanced divers. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Gato Island (★4.5) Gato Island is a well preserved marine reserve and sea snake sanctuary. This is one of the five famous dive sites on the Island. The site is a tunnel where you take a tour underneath the island. This site is best for more experienced divers/ E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Cordova reef (★4.2) Cordova Reef is a 15mins boat travel from EZDC Housereef. A slope terrain from shallow up to 21m/67 feet, then wall. Good for beginner and Advanced level divers. Mares Tuble Sanctuary (★4.3) Tuble Point is a wall dive site featuring vertical cliffs, caves, and healthy coral reefs that drop from 3m to 40m. Highlights include sea fan forests, small caves, and the chance to see large fish like tunas and jacks. Visibility ranges from 10–22m, ideal for all levels. DIVESTORY CORPORATION, 6015 LAPU - LAPU Pescador West / Cathedral (★4.4) Pescador Cathedral is a cave that has a vertical swim through offering views of the surface. The depth ranges from 5 to 65 meters with a visibility of 20 to 50 meters. Its chimney continues to around 16m depth. DIVESTORY CORPORATION, 6015 LAPU - LAPU Pescador East (★4.4) Pescador Island’s east side, near Moalboal, Cebu, features a dive starting at a 5m plateau descending to 65m along a coral-covered slope. The dive concludes on a plateau rich in small marine life, also ideal for snorkeling. BLUE MONSTAR, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Abaca House Reef (★4.4) Blue Monsta Houseleaf is a five-minute drive from Maktan Newtown and you can see a variety of marine life, especially turtles, trigger fish, grouper, crown fish, trumpet fish, sardines, fan coral and seahorses. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City E&Z DIVE CENTER (★4.8) EZDC House reef is a white sand beach good for swimming, snorkeling and confined Open Water Diver training. It is a slight slope from shallow 3m/9.6feet upto 18m/59feet. A place rich for macro and wideangle photography. Cebu J Dive Center, 6015 Lapu-Lapu City Gilutungan Coral Plateau (★4.1) Hilutongan is 30mins. away from Jpark Marineboy Dive Center via Speedboat, and it is under the Municipal of Cordova, it is a small island close to Nalusuan E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Gilutungan Marine Sanctuary (★4.3) Gilutongan Island, also called Hilutungan Island, Hilotongan Island or Lutungan Island, lies 30 minutes by banka boat from Mactan Island. The island is home to numerous coral reefs and sea grass meadows. Aqualung LIGHT HOUSE (★4.5) This lighthouse is found on the southern tip of Cebu and is an amazing dive spot for beginners. You can get there easily from Santander, Liloan, or Oslob. E&Z Diving Center, 6015 Lapu-lapu City Marigondon Cave (★4.1) Marigondon Cave is the most exciting dive along the coast of Mactan Island, Cebu. It has a roof at around 29m/95ft and a floor of at about 40m/133ft. the diameter of the cave is near 10m/33ft. At the entry there is a small alcove. Sidemount or Twinset is a must diving in the area. Aqualung Sumilon Sanctuary (★4.3) This is Sumilon East. No current, set on a shallow slope with an array of mind blowing colors created by a plethora of stunning corals and reef fish of every description. The first official marine sanctuary in the region, you can expect crystal clear waters with 30metres plus visibility Mares, Predrag Vuckovic DiveStory House Reef / Panagsama Beach / Sardine Run (★4.5) Panagsama Beach is a world-famous dive site because of the sardine ball that can be found just a few meters below the surface within snorkeling distance from the beach. This is an amazing experience for all levels of divers. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Moalboal Bay (Muck diving) (★4.6) This shallow muck diving site, with a depth of 5–10 meters and good visibility, features a sandy bottom dotted with large rocks and minimal current. Ideal for afternoon dives and open water training, it offers easy conditions and a rich macro environment.
