Anita’s Reef
★★★★☆
(359)
A soothing dive site on the east side of islands 5 and 6 in the Similan Islands. This site is a rolling reef slope along the edge of the island from a shallow depth of 5-6m to around 25m.
In the deep sandy area, you can see chinangoes, stingrays, Andaman jawfish, and various symbiotic gobies. The coral reefs are also home to coral fish such as angelfish and butterflyfish. as well as macroscopic creatures such as anchovy fish, sperm scorpionfish and frogfish. The main bobbies are covered with schools of scarlet angelfish, and there are also schools of bluefin reef fish and pond bonito swimming around them.
