Guraidhoo Lagoon
Five minutes off the town of Guraidhoo with a sandy shore entry. Usually well protected by a wave breaker. Maximum depth in the area is 10m. Good for confined water exercises and navigation practice, but also for exploring the reef. Sunken little shipwreck nearby, nice spot for snorkellers.
A few small coral blocks and nursery areas with different type of reef fish like damsel fish, triggerfrish and some wrasses. Flounders, pipefish and nudibranch like the sandy areas too.
