La Machaca (27)
La Machaca is a wreck, a 30 meter swim from the pier of Captain Don’s Habitat’s covered reef, so you need permission to dive there. The wreck is located at a depth of 14 meters, if you follow the rope you will come across a second wreck, tugboat Hesper.
You’ll see typical Caribbean life like nurse and reef sharks, possible eagle rays, stingrays, and lots of fish: snapper, angelfish, grunts, parrotfish.
