Pedra do Alto is a line of natural rocky reefs at a maximum depth of 18 meters in the sand and about 13 meters in the highest part of the reef. As in any other dive site, on the Algarve coast, there are the famous red scorpion fish.
Here we can find, conger eels, octopuses, velvet swimmer crab, crabs, morays. Sometimes, in the sand, it is also possible to see rays, or marbled electric ray.
