Pillarsteen boasts dramatic walls, stunning swim throughs, and huge whip corals. This dive site has no shelter from the swell of the Indian Ocean, therefore, expect there to be surge. When the swell is calm, you can spot fantastic macro critters from sea apples to whip coral partner-shrimp.
You can see sea apples, whip coral shrimp, devil rays, snapper, stingrays, manta rays, barracuda, and scorpionfish.
