South Tip is a dive site located off the southern tip of the South Island of Racha Noi. There are huge roots with depths ranging from 9m to 40m. The current is strong at all times so this dive site is recommended for advanced divers only.
The most common place to see Manta Rays is south of the main root but at a depth of nearly 40 m. In the sandy areas around it, you should be able to find the purple firefish. In addition, the area near the east side of the southern end has a high rate of encounters with schools of barracudas.
