After the tip of St. Andrew there are 2 mooring buoys dedicated to diving, we are on the Careno shoal, which really offers many dive profiles.

Constant presence of snapper and pelagic fish in general; during certain times of the year abundance of barracuda and possibility of seeing eagle rays.

During the October vacations, we'll be diving at Isola d'Elba, as we do every year. The sea is still warm at this time of year. The www.ilcareno.com center is located in Saint Andrea on the north-western side. Depending on the weather, one or two daily trips to a marine reserve are planned. For those who don't dive, there are some great trails to do..... and pass an open over 2 days!!! The apartments/bungalows are just above the diving center and the sea is 50m away! Anna Bianca, Wreck (★4.0)

The wreck of the Anna Bianca, a cargo ship sunk in 1971, lies north of Cala Ischiaiola at depths between 33 and 52 m. Split into two sections, it features a well-preserved stern and a fragmented bow. With excellent visibility, it hosts moray eels, congers, lobsters, and schools of shrimp.

Le Cerniette takes its name from the numerous groupers that can be encountered in this particular stretch of sea. It is one of the most visited dives in the Giannutri Marine Protected Area. Seabed that slopes gently from 10 meters to 25 meters up to the edge that descends to 50 meters.
