Instructor Training Course

We offer two fun dives for qualified divers Monday to Saturday only.Price includes all equipment hire, transportation, free pick-up service from the south of Tenerife We meet at the dive centre for 08:30 to do two dives with a surface interval in-between. You are back for approximately 2pm.Group sizes are small. All guides are in English with other languages on request. Minimum age is 10 years old. All dives are led by an instructor with as least two Divemasters assistingAll dives are from the shore. We offer reef and wreck diving with amazing wildlife and beautiful volcanic underwater topography

Become a dive instructor and live your passion To participate in the SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC), you must be a certified Divemaster or possess an equivalent qualification. This comprehensive program is part of SSI's 2-stage instructor training approach. It begins with the combination of the Instructor Training Course, supported by immersive digital learning. Upon successful completion of the ITC, you will attend the Instructor Evaluation (IE) to become an SSI Open Water Instructor. As a certified instructor, you will be able to independently teach key SSI programs such as Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue and Dive Guide. Need more time or want to gain hands-on experience before becoming a full instructor? You can do the Assistant Instructor part as a stand-alone step. This will allow you to assist students on real courses, gain valuable teaching experience and then complete the Instructor Evaluation at your own pace. Assistant Instructor Trainers prepare Assistant Instructors to teach academics and conduct in-water training.
