A great dive site for shark lovers. Maduvvari Irumathi Kann is located on a channel corner towards the west of Le Meridien and it requires only a 25-minute boat ride to get there. We start the dive on the faru (long reef) and drift with the current. The closer to the channel we get the livelier it will become.
We usually see grey reef sharks that hunt in the current and feathertail stingrays that either sleep or can be spotted when swimming past.
