The Divemaster program is the first step on an exciting journey. Earn the respect of your dive buddies and become an ambassador for diving by taking the Divemaster program. All you need to get started are 40 verified/logged dives and certifications in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility or at least 5 logged/verified dives experience in each area plus Diver Stress & Rescue. You will be certified as a Dive Guide after successfully completing the Divemaster program. Homerun Reef is just north of Bay 1. A good alternative to the wrecks and concrete cubes around the main part of the bay. There is a small speedboat wreck at around 23m, just off the main reef. This is a good site for drift diving. It’s mostly large rocks, rubble and hard corals. Diving depth is 10-25 meters.

Marina Bay is a dive site located on the western side of the North Island of Racha Noi. As you enter from the bay and head south, you'll see a dynamic landscape of rumbling megaliths overlapping each other. This is a popular dive site with swim-throughs dotted among the boulders to stimulate divers' sense of adventure. It is not uncommon for manta rays to appear.

The best Months to dive in Phuket

Phuket offers year-round diving opportunities with varying conditions throughout the seasons. Water temperatures remain comfortable, ranging from 28°C–30°C/82°F–86°F, ideal for divers. Visibility is generally good, averaging 15–30 meters/49–98 feet, though it can be reduced during the monsoon season. The peak diving season extends from November to April, characterized by calm seas, minimal wind, and excellent visibility. From May to October, the southwest monsoon brings stronger winds and currents, making some dive sites less accessible. However, diving is still possible, but divers should be aware that conditions may be less favorable during this period.
