Fiji’s outer reefs experience strong currents, which bring in nutrient-rich water that attracts incredibly diverse marine life. Home to 1200 fish species, over 390 coral species and five turtle species, Fiji’s underwater world is oozing with prolific life, from macro critters and colorful fish, to pelagics, like sharks, barracuda, mantas and even the big boys, such as whale sharks and even seasonal humpback whales and cheeky dolphins.
