
Where lime was mined 6 years ago, today a dreamlike lake stretches out. On an area of about five hectares and with depths of up to 54 meters, it currently offers five dive sites everything that makes the diver's heart beat faster. With fantastic visibility, mostly over 10 meters.
A 20-minute drive from the city center of Arnhem you will find this lovely freshwater lake. It has a maximum depth of 36 meters and a slow slope at the entry of the site. It is a great dive site for beginning divers and more advanced divers.
Zeeland Bridge can be called the most popular dive site on the Eastern Scheldt. Especially in the sepia season (May-June) this site is very popular among divers from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
It is an old red marble quarry that was exploited until the 1980’s. A oblique plane going down from, 4m to 6m (the height varies according to the seasons), then the quarry is made up of plateaus at depths of 22m, 26m, 36m, 40m, 43m and 52m with steep walls.
The Bergse Diepsluis, also known as Oesterdam or the Thoolse Gat by local divers, is a very accessible site and enables divers to get acquainted with the wonders of the Oosterschelde National Park. This site has little to no current due to its location, making it an ideal spot for beginners.
You reach the dive site via a jetty. You can dive into the water and along the wall. You will find a platform and after a short swim also an artificial reef consisting of reefball, ideal to dive back towards the dike.
This pristine and unspoiled reef accessible only by boat is arguably one of the best dive sites of Curaçao. Tarpon bridge, a natural underwater bridge, is found at the most eastern end.
Panheel is the diver’s El Dorado in Holland, just over the german border near Aachen. It offers possibilities from the beginner to the experienced diver. Many gadgets such as an Apache helicopter, a pirate ship (completely submerged), atc, specially made for the lake and sunk.
A versatile dive site for beginners to advanced. You can follow routes here via a tire track, these lead you to car wrecks, platforms, pile forest and slide.
There are a lot of fish in the Beldert. From a small pike to a huge sturgeon, for example. There is also a Boeing cockpit, a car wreck, a sailing boat, a sculpture garden and an old fishing boat on the bottom. Curious? Come and dive quickly in the most beautiful lake in the Tiel area. (Betuwe)
A wreck that sank on July 26, 1893 rests on a -25 m sand background in the middle of the Hyeres harbour. They carried “coke“ and many pieces are still present on it in the form of small ultra-light black pebbles.
A former blue stone quarry, the quarry offers different platforms and allows diving for all levels of divers. SCOUFFLENY is 750m long and 250m wide, 15ha of water, a maximum depth of 44m.
You enter the water on the small sandy beach. Loswal is a shallow dive site, max. 15 meters, and you have to swim out quite far to reach some depth. It is therefore an ideal place for beginning divers or to do training.
The spot is practically only accessible by boat. The remains of the village are little more than a pile of overgrown rubble. It may be worth diving here, but in the summer the location can be dangerous. The shipping channel and the busy pleasure boating pose a risk.
A beautiful dive site where not much diving is done. This makes it fairly untouched and fun diving up to 5 meters. After that the offer decreases. Pay attention to the sailing routes and surfers if you go diving or make ascents here.
