Tavolara - Secca del Papa 2
★★★★☆
(204)
The shoal is divided in two by a sandy channel (Papa 1 and Papa 2). The top of the first is 15 m, while that of the second is 24 m. Each of the two parts is served by a mooring buoy. The characterizing aspects of the dive are the incredible quantity of fish and the coralligenous environment.
The large groupers are very numerous; banks of ravens stop in the hollows between the reliefs; ducts, bream and pizzuti move in search of food, while large snappers often comes around.
