Basic Freediver
The Basic Freediver SSi course is your first step into the calm and exciting world of freediving. During this entry-level course, you'll learn everything you need to freedive safely with a buddy in a confined pool/basin, up to a depth of 5 m. Online training is combined with in-water practice sessions to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe freediver. Upon completion of the course, you will earn your SSI Basic Freediver certification.
