SSI's Equipment Techniques Specialty is the best way to learn how to choose and store your diving equipment. By working with an experienced and trained SSI Professional, you will learn in-depth information about the components of your Total Dive System and develop a thorough knowledge of your dive equipment. You will practice basic preventive maintenance of equipment on your kit, to ensure maximum performance and durability of your Total Diving System. This training is given in a workshop format and also covers the operation of valves, taps, injectors and regulators, as well as knowing some of the industry standards (bottles, adapters, o-rings, etc.). During the training, the main repairs and maintenance of diving equipment such as BCD valves, dry suits, injectors, as well as adjusting the second and first floors of the regulators will also be covered in a practical way
