Advanced Freediver

You want to go further? The SSI Advanced Freediver course builds on your Level 1 skills and goes deeper into technique, equalization and efficiency in open water. You will refine your line dives, improve your body position and fin stroke, work on stable pressure equalization under increasing pressure and strengthen your safety routines and buddy procedures. The training is structured and goal-oriented, but never rushed: We focus on clean technique, confidence in your own progression and controlled progression.
