Basic Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver course is the first step for you to enter the tranquil and stimulating world of freediving. During this entry-level program, you'll learn how to safely dive with a partner in a pool/confined water to a depth of five meters. Online training is combined with practice sessions in the water to give you all the skills and knowledge you need to be a confident freediver. Upon completion of this program, you will earn the SSI Basic Freediver certification.
