Basic Freediver pool
In this entry level program, you will learn everything you need to freedive with a buddy in pool/confined water to a maximum depth of 5 meters. This program combines online training with practical sessions in the water to give you all the knowledge and skills you need. Upon completion of the program, you will earn your SSI Basic Freediver certification.
