All technical sidemount courses are conducted according to the individual needs of the participants. Several different configurations are possible and will be agreed with the diver.

In the refresher course, you repeat and practise the diving skills from your Open Water Diver program under the guidance of an SSI professional. Upon completion of the course, you will receive your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore the most beautiful deep dive sites wherever you want. This SSI Specialty is also a prerequisite for other advanced training programs, making it the next logical step in your diving education.

This course teaches the basic knowledge of diving in an overhead environment. Behavior, dive planning, learning new swimming and buoyancy techniques, handling a main line, emergency procedures and equipment configurations are essential components of the course. This program can be optimally combined with Advanced Wreck. It is the perfect introduction to cave diving.
The course includes several theory lessons as well as training sessions in shallow water and in caves.
