This is drift dive during the day, that can bring you toward Cape Kri or bring you up to Soul Scuba’s jetty. Look at the nice coral but also in the blue, where sharks can pass by. This is also a favorite place for night dive! Mares, Janez Kranjc Turtle Point (★4.5) 20 minutes from Bone Taringan Beach. Combination between wall and slope. Current can be strong in one way direction. Beautiful reef with abundance hard and soft corals. Aqualung Fam Slope (★4.6) This dive site has one of the steepest slops and in some areas a wall dive. The main attraction for this dive site is the gorgonian coral that can be found here.This dive has many secrets, you just need to spend the time observing the reef while drifting by. It is a fantastic drift dive. Amed Jepun Divers, 80852 Amed, Karangasem Boga Wreck (★4.6) Also known as Kubu Wreck, the Boga Wreck is an artificial wreck that was submerged in 2012 in the Kubu village area, located 30 meters from the shoreline. The location of this artificial reef is not far from the famous USAT Liberty shipwreck. Scubapro Arefi Reef (★4.2) One hour far from Soul Scuba divers, usually the second dive on the Batanta trip, after the P-47 Wreck and before going in the jungle to discover the two waterfalls. This place is full of wobbegong. Aqualung West Mansuar (★4.4) Start in the sandy and rocky area where you can see nice macro and have some bigger animal passing by in the blue. Then you finish at the tip where the current is strong and bring a lot of fishes. The top coral garden is amazing and you can sometimes see mantas or schools of mobulas passing by. Mares, Janez Kranjc FRIWEN WALL (★4.5) Colorful wall covered by soft corals, black corals and gorgonians. Depth 2-26m. Usually easy dive with time to search for macro. When current gets strong, great place for drift dive. Scubapro Friwen garden (★4.4) Shallow reef with combination of soft and hard corals. Usually very mild current. If current gets stronger, possible to do drift dive as reef is long enough. The best depth to 3-14m Mares, Janez Kranjc Kelapa dua (★4.5) 45 minutes from Nabucco Islands and 15 minutes from Nunukan Islands, on the southeast tip of Kakaban Island lies this beautiful dive site. Generally very nice wall with usually very good visibility. Mares, Janez Kranjc Sea Fan City (★4.0) Just off Nunukan Islands (30 minutes from Nabucco Islands) you will find this colorful wall. This dive site is famous for its scorpion fish and stone fish. Mares Proco House Reef (★4.3) The house reef of Proco Island Bamboo Resort is directly accessible via the resort’s jetty.Located in the small bay it is a very nice dive where the safety stop can be made under the jetty. INSTRUMENT DIVE ADVENTURE, 17111 Bekasi Timur Pulau Air (★4.1) Pulau Air is a huge artificial island that is suitable for diving training. It has some shallow water areas on the inside, and deep water (to 40m) on the outside. Mares, Janez Kranjc Padang Bai Coral Restoration Area (★4.6) this is the site for the Livingseas coral reef restoration project. located in the the baong penyu / turtle neck site, just off the coast of padang bai Amed Jepun Divers, 80852 Amed, Karangasem Batu niti (★4.5) The site itself starts from rocky shallows leading to a gentle slope that continues down past 30 metres. Although the fine sand and rocks are the most distinguishing feature, the site is also home to a lot of small corals, wire corals, and hydroids.For critter lovers this is a great site in the Seraya area. Aqualung Chicken reef (★4.5) Large seamount with depth from 3-30m. Amazing coral coverage and very rich for marine life as well. Often strong current which brings a lot of fish and action. Aqualung Bunaken Timur II (★4.6) Reef slope full of colourfull soft corals, green turtles and hawksbill turtles are residents here. White tip and black tip reef sharks for the deep diver. SANCTUM UNA UNA, 94683 Tojo Una-Una Mandiri (★4.5) A clam-shaped deep wall to the North of the island where you can often hear the volcano exploding underwater. The site sits off the walking point to the Volcano’s summit. SANCTUM UNA UNA, 94683 Tojo Una-Una Greta’s Place (★4.5) Greta’s Place is a beautiful sloping wall between Sanctum and Una Una’s main village, best dived in the morning light. The top of the reef starts at 5 meters, and is covered in Una Una’s usual super-sized sponges and a large variety of hard and soft coral. Usually dived on the right shoulder. ABWONDERDIVE BALI, 80853 Karangasem Abwonderdive House Reef (★4.6) This shore dive ranges from 5m to 30m, featuring a coral reef starting at 3m with soft and hard corals. Artificial reef structures lie between 15m and 18m. The current is usually mild to moderate, making for a manageable dive. The surface is generally calm but can be choppy from May to October. Scubapro Tanjung Neraka (★4.7) 5 Minutes boat ride from Kusu Island. This dive site sits on a corner of Bacan. Depending on the current there are actually 2 divesite - 1 to the north and 1 to the south. Slope with good coral coverage. Can have strong currents.
